Exersci Heavy Duty Landmine with Handle Attachment

This floor mounted landmine is amazing for a range of exercises. Our landmine comes with two different bar insertion sizes, meaning its compatible with 1″ diameter barbells and the standard 2″ diameter Olympic Barbells. Also included is a multi-use barbell handle which is ideal but military press and upright rows! A handy hook at the back of the landmine allows you to hook a battle rope or resistance bands to optimise your workouts.
