Butterbean Casserole

A traditional Irish style creamy casserole with organic butterbeans. Sauteed onions, julienne carrots in a casserole type stew, seasoned simply with mixed herbs, salt and pepper.  Butterbean casserole is a homely, warming dish which has a distinct creamy flavour given to it by the butterbeans which are rich and buttery as the name suggests.  Butterbeans are also high in protein making it a good wholesome dinner.  Vegan
