Assist Me covers all supported software or hardware installation and setup, customisation, training, or technical support – excluding enterprise solutions and virtual environments.You may customise your services and apportion the time as needed. Please note that we bill all sessions in 15-minute increments, and that all services are performed using remote help desk support software.
