Gut friendly microbes: bacillus subtilis, bifidobacterium bifidum, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacterium longum, combocillus, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus fermentum, lactobacillus plantarum, lactococcus lactis, rhamnosus, saccharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus thermophilus.
Herbs and minerals: apple cider vinegar, ashwagandha, black cohosh, catuaba bark, chasteberry, fennel, goat weed, holy basil, lobelia, maca root, miura puama, moringa, oat straw, rhodiola, schisandra, shatavari root, shilajit and suma root.

Enjoying your Microbes
Adults take 10-20ml daily, preferably before food. Children take 5-15ml daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. One 500ml bottle is 1 months supply. Flakes and sediment are a sign of quality.

Store in a cool cupboard, no need to refrigerate. Once opened use within two months. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
