Over the last few years we’ve been slowly but surely trying to improve our BMW i3s into a more premium / refined vehicle. One of the upgrades we wanted to achieve but BMW didn’t offer was a replacement high-end / premium multi-function steering wheel. We have been known in the industry to produce high-end carbon fibre steering wheels but felt like this didn’t have place in our i3s so we put together a brand new offering from Carbonwurks, an Alcantara replacement wheel.

This is a genuine BMW i3 steering wheel that is then professionally re-trimmed in a premium Italian Alcantara with your option of a custom colour stitch.

We have these steering wheels trimmed to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your wheel.

Whilst the pictures in this listing show the steering wheel with airbag / airbag cover, plastics and buttons the item you will receive will not have these. You will be required to remove these items along with necessary wiring from your original steering wheel and install into your new re-trimmed version.
