The Celina Digby round / wheel shaped meditation cushion has a luxurious soft-touch velvet cover, which is removable to allow easy machine washing. The inner is made from 100% cotton, and is filled with 100% organic buckwheat hulls. It is very easy to add or remove buckwheat to get the perfect cushion firmness for your individual needs. It also has a useful handle to make it easier to transport around. A great all-round multi-purpose meditation cushion that allows you to adopt a relaxed, yet alert posture. You can either sit on the cushion with your legs crossed in front of you, or kneel astride the cushion. The height ensures comfort for the knees and ankles, and the inner has a zip so that you can add or remove buckwheat hulls yourself to ensure the perfect height for your body. It is ideal for lotus or half-lotus style sitting meditation postures. The round / wheel type of cushion is ideal if you need a higher, or tighter seat.
