Our Duck Rillette is made using ducks reared in free-range French farms and is freshly made the traditional way here in London!
Duck Rillette is a pâté made of duck meat, cooked for a long time like our Duck Confit, which is then crushed and seasoned with herbs and spices to give a spreadable product. It is delicious served with fresh crusty bread, on hot toast with some French cornichons for “aperitif”, or with some Smoked Duck Breast as part of a traditional charcuterie board.
A winner at the Great Taste Awards, the Judges’ Comments included: “Full of flavour & nice consistency” – “Good appearance and texture. Lots of duck flavour, well balanced with the herbs”
