- Delivery of HiB products is through a verified logistics company of their choice directly from the HiB warehouse. Once you place your order, waiting times for delivery can be anything from 3 days to 2 weeks. HiB do aim to despatch orders the next working day, however this is not guaranteed, and they do ask to allow a maximum of 10 working days until they despatch goods. Delays in delivery of HiB products can occur and Stylishly Sophisticated cannot be held liable when this happens, however we will communicate any problems with you and keep you informed the entire time. If you have a specific time frame, please feel free to Contact Us before you place your order, and we will check with HiB to ensure your time frame can be met.
- All deliveries of HiB products to UK Mainland addresses cost £25 + vat. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quotation.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation from Stylishly Sophisticated Ltd. HiB deliveries team will call you a couple of days later to organise the most suitable time for delivery of your product. Stock of products from suppliers on Stylishly Sophisticated is updated daily however it can change very quickly so we cannot be held liable if the item you ordered is suddenly out of stock. This will add a longer lead time on your delivery, but this will be communicated to you once your order is made.
- Delivery will be made to your front door. We ask that when receiving a delivery to check the items before the delivery driver leaves, to be able to return your delivery in the rare event of damage. If you do not manage to check goods upon delivery, we allow 24 hours after signing for goods for damages to be reported to us – claims for damages outside this period may be rejected.
- Deliveries are only available during the working week Monday-Friday. Please make sure you can be available to take delivery of your product or input an address for delivery where someone can be present i.e. a work address or relative/neighbour.
- Please always inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. You must notify us within 24 hrs of your original delivery date for us to be able to change it. Failed deliveries that have been agreed may result in re-delivery/cancellation charges.
- Returns due to the very rare event of damages that are reported in time will be replaced. Returns for refunds are considered on a case by case basis which Stylishly Sophisticated need to discuss directly with HiB and cannot be guaranteed.
