This fantastic wood fired oven is totally portable, weighing only 15kgs. The compact size of this oven means you can take it with you anywhere, on holiday in the back of the car, camping, caravanning or just round to a friends house for the night. The wood you will burn is small 6 offcuts. Up to 500c in around 15 minutes, this oven will cook one incredible, authentic tasting wood fired pizza 12 in around 90 seconds. The Minimo will also hold a roasting tin and will roast a chicken in around 45 minutes, offering the same cooking flexibility of the larger ovens in this range. Perfect for smaller gardens or outdoor spaces, the chimney can be removed and placed inside the oven, along with the tools and put away under the cover.
