The Doghouse Smoke Chunks are made from authentic oak casks, used to age the finest Scottish Whisky. Sourced directly from Coopers, our barrels are steeped in whisky for up to 30 years, the barrels are replaced and repurposed into these highly aromatic Smoke Chunks, combining the strong, rich smoky flavour of aged oak with a sweet infusion of whisky.
