Lead Backing for Electrical Boxes (for new construction)
Our lead backing for electrical boxes are designed for 16″ on center stud spacing.
They are available in several different lead thicknesses depending on your wall shielding requirements.
Installation is simple, just screw the backing to the face of the studs before the drywall is hung.
Example below shown with a 4 square box. Electrical box is not included.
Lead Lined Electrical Outlet Cover Shroud (for existing walls)
Our lead lined stainless steel electrical outlet shrouds install in just minutes on a finished wall and can accommodate single gang and double gang (4 square) outlets.
These are fabricated from stainless steel with a #4 brushed finish to maintain a clean medical environment.
They are available in several different lead thicknesses depending on your wall shielding requirements.
Installation is simple; just screw the shroud on, through the drywall, into the studs after the drywall is installed.
