Gin Fizz was created as a tribute to Grace Kelly as she won the oscar for her role in ‘The Country Girl.’ The name was inspired inspired by a cocktail that was in fashion at the time in the American bars in Paris. Opening with top notes of bergamot, sicilian lemon and mandarin, slowly enveloping into floral scents of Iris, orange blossom, rose absolute and Turkish Jasmine, it finishes with a lingering musk base of lily, benzoin, vetiver and oak moss.
