PH Type Metric Jig Bush BS1098 Pt.2 1977/ISO 4247 / DIN 172A. Headed Drill Bushes or Headed Jig Bushes are dimensionally the same as the plain bushes but feature a head. The head of the drill bush can be counter bored into jig if a flush finish is still required. The benefit of using a headed bush is that they can cope with great axial forces. Drill bushes can also be used for the accurate alignment of workpieces or composite mouldings.
