Plain Metric Drill Bushes or Jig Bushes are used in jigs where space or cost is decisive factor in the manufacture of the fixture. Plain, or headless bushes, are manufactured with a ground OD to be pressed into a drilled or reamed plate. The drill bush sits flush with the fixture. Drill bushes can also be used for the accurate alignment of workpieces or composite mouldings.
