Fusilli Shag Rugs are made from New Zealand wool. The wool is dyed before being twisted together to form thick spirals. These rugs are thick, soft and comfortable underfoot and being wool, they are naturally stain and dirt resistant. These are high quality rugs that will last for many years. This rug is made by wrapping fibres around each other in the opposite way to the fibres natural twist. It results in this springy, spiral twist shag. Using this technique and a range of off white, cream and beige tones, you have a cosy, natural looking, stylish and high quality carpet that will go well in most settings.The shag is made from 100% New Zealand wool and the backing is cotton with double structure around the edge. The shag is medium depth and is on average 5cm. Specification Care & Maintenance: Caring for your Fusilli rug is easy. Generally, all you need to do is beat them and shake them. The wool is stain resistant, but if there are any marks, just use a damp cloth. Do not vacuum the rug as this may undo the twist, so it is best to just beat them and shake them.
