Tynjetaler is a cheese that has not had a lot of time to mature: it is like the swiss style emmental cheese but of Dutch origins. The maturing period is part of the process creating this cheese, and new cheese only lays in a warehouse for a few weeks, no more than four. Tynjetaler cheese is nice, nutty and soft with a smooth taste
