It’s possible to do a wide range of exercises on the Wobbel, from relatively light to extremely heavy.If you are under treatment, for example, from a physical therapist he or she can definitely help to come up with useful exercises on the Wobbel. We are working with a physiotherapist to develop a good and healthy set of exercises for adults. Once these are available, we will report it.The Wobbel is CE approved up to 200 kilos. The Wobbel is about 90 cm long and 30 cm wide. So plenty of room for big feet and long legs.
